Establishment: 10-2-1980

Liefland was founded in 1980. It was the first country in Landen, Liefland was founded because the people were tired of the dictatorship in Seal-Land. This resulted in a war on 3/20/1979 that would last until 3/10/1999. When the dictatorship was stopped.On 30-12-2022 negotiations started about Nieuw-Liefland and Liefland becoming one country again. It is a historic step in the right direction and if it succeeds, it will bring the unity that Landen need a little closer to be a real option. On 21-7-2023 Liefland and Nieuw-Liefland merged into the first Sate of Landen; Greater-Liefland.
